I qualified in Electrolysis (City & Guilds Level 3) and Beauty Therapy in 1989 and hold Level 5 in Advanced Electrolysis, currently the UK’s highest qualification in my field. I have worked in Cheshire and the North West throughout my career, gaining experience and furthering my education. I regularly attend seminars and conferences, and have hosted the annual North West Professional Electrolysis Workshop for six years.
I’m a member of the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis (BIAE, our professional body) and also the Beauty Guild, Beauty Council, BABTAC, PCDS, IAIP, MASCED and the BDNG. I have studied Dermoscopy to an advanced level, and use Spotcheck, a dermatology diagnosis service.

When it came to choosing a provider for electrolysis treatment, what initially drew me to Sharon was her expertise, which shone through right from the beginning. Although I was admittedly a little nervous before my consultation, having her talk me through the process, explain the underlying mechanics as to how things work and what I could expect, and conduct a patch test was all more than enough to convince me of both Sharon's skill at permanent hair removal and also that she cares about doing so while protecting my skin. It made me confident I'd made the right decision right from day one. As a person I'm admittedly a little socially awkward, but Sharon's warm and kind personality allowed me to feel comfortable from the get-go and looking back I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for my treatment. Due to the nature of electrolysis, there's inherently some mild discomfort, but Sharon's skill helps to limit this, and her great sense of humour means that I'm able to laugh through what's left. I'm really grateful to Sharon; she's helped me to feel more confident in myself by tackling some of my biggest insecurities, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
