Booking an appointment is quick and simple: choose your treatment, pick an available date and time, enter your contact details and pay the booking fee. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment shortly. No need to set up an account password – simply click the ‘manage your reservation’ link at the bottom of the confirmation email to view all your bookings.

Booking Terms and Conditions: Please Read Before Making an Appointment

A booking fee is required at the time of reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment(s) on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. 24-hour cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed treatment (s).

If you’re not comfortable with this policy, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with booking.

Unpaid fees may impact your ability to schedule further appointments, which may be subject to cancellation.

Important Information for New Clients

If you are booking Electrolysis, Blemish Removal with Advanced Electrolysis or Vellus Hair Removal for the first time, a consultation must be booked and carried out before booking a treatment. Appointments made for treatment without a prior consultation will be cancelled, and your booking will be refunded minus card processing charges.

NHS Clients

Cancellations made with 36 hours of your appointment will forfeit your scheduled treatment.

Late Arrivals/No Shows

Treatment will be carried out for the remaining time if sufficient. Otherwise, the appointment will be lost and charged at the full rate.
